Sempre fui muito bem atendido na BH Servers. Recentemente, identifiquei um problema de lentidão. Observei o uso de recursos da VPS (CPU e RAM) e não percebi nenhuma anomalia. Posteriormente, analisei processo por processo aberto no sistema operacional para verificar se algum estava drenando mais recursos. Como não identifiquei nada, entrei em contato com o suporte. A princípio, o suporte também não localizou nada que justificasse a queda de desempenho. Investigando o caso mais a fundo, identifiquei uma atualização da MetaQuotes para o MetaTrader que causou lentidão e travamentos constantes sob algumas condições de uso. A partir desse momento, encerrei o chamado, já que a falha não estava do lado da BH Servers. Como foi um problema muito específico, levei alguns dias para identificar a causa. Fica o registro que fui muito bem atendido TODAS as vezes que precisei e dessa vez não foi diferente, mas a falha foi provocada por uma atualização em um software que utilizo.
