Why am I still receiving overdue invoice notifications after making a payment?
If you have already paid an invoice but are still receiving emails saying the payment is pending, don’t worry. This can happen for different reasons, depending on the payment method chosen, server communication, and bank processing times.
Payments via bank slip (boleto)
Payments made via bank slip can take 1 to 3 business days to be processed and confirmed by the bank. This is standard procedure for Brazilian banks. During this period, it’s normal to keep receiving automatic notifications until your payment is confirmed. If this period is exceeded, check the cases below.
Payments via Pix, credit card, or other instant methods
For instant payments like Pix or credit card, the update usually happens within a few minutes. However, in rare cases, there might be delays in communication between the payment gateway and our system, which can result in notifications being sent until we receive your confirmation.
What should you do in these cases?
- Check if the amount was debited from your account.
Confirm with your bank or app that the payment was successfully processed. - Send the receipt if requested.
If you keep receiving notifications after the expected period, please send your payment receipt via support ticket so we can validate it manually. - Wait for validation.
